Paul has a BSc. degree in Civil Engineering and M.Sc in Environmental Studies. He has worked on construction projects around the world as a project manager and is LEED Certified, and a PMI Certified Project Manager
Experiences
One Client had just moved into a brand new Town House by the beach an absolutely beautiful house but the electric bills were $500 a month, up from $200 in their previous home.
We audited the house and identified all of the energy hogs and developed a plan for them to implement that reduce their energy bills.
Another had a musty smell in the living room that they were convinced was from a leak in the roof. The smell was so bad she wouldn't use the room at all. We carried out a full BPI Audit and found that one of the ducts in the crawl space had been disconnected and that when the AC was on the smell from the crawl space was being drawn through the Duct into the room. We resealed the duct and sealed all of the leaking sockets and light switches and eliminated the smell.
And we have carried out BPI Energy Audits and computer modeling to show that a large house in Belle Air needed a large ceiling fan not window films and an Audit on a house that was cold all year even in the middle of summer, we showed through the computer energy modeling which upgrades where needed and how much of a difference it would make to her home
